There are two subsidy programs provided by the ROP Government.
Lifeline Subsidy for Electric, Water and Wastewater
This is assistance to help low income households pay a portion of their utility bills. For more information, please contact Bureau of Budget and Planning @ 767-1269/1270 or PPUC @ 488-3870/3872.
For PPUC postpaid residential customers, this subsidy is automatically subtracted from each customer bill.
For PPUC prepaid residential customers, this subsidy is issued and made available at the beginning of each month through the PPUC Customer Service or online through links below:
RPPL 11-18 & 11-24 Subsidy
This assistance is to help all RESIDENTIAL customers cover $0.10 for each KWH up to 500 KWH. For more information, please contact PPUC @ 488-3870.
For PPUC postpaid residential customers, this subsidy is automatically subtracted from each customer bill.
For PPUC prepaid residential customers, this subsidy is issued and made available at the middle of each month through the PPUC Customer Service or online through links below:
